Requires Interim Secret Clearance, US citizenship, and 8+ years in software development plus expertise in Java, Rust, C++, Python. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with JAVA, Rust, C++, Python.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Experience with Linux environments (Ubuntu/RedHat).
• Experience with agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, scalable software architectures for USVs.
• Collaborate with H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to translate operational requirements into technical specs.
• Establish technical baselines and prioritize high-impact development tasks.
