You will collaborate with the H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to drive agile cycles, translate complex requirements into specs, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in leading software teams and mentoring.
• Interim Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, scalable software architectures for USVs.
• Collaborate with the Mission Autonomy Lead on agile cycles.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specs and establish baselines.
