Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch experience.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of cost basis management solutions in a Fintech environment.
• Mentor peers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend services.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex features with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain code quality through reviews.
