Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, enterprise reporting, data warehousing, or data analytics.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and modernizing enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for report discovery, consolidation, modernization, migration, and decommissioning.
• Analyze existing reporting landscape to identify duplicate or legacy reports.
• Lead transformation of legacy reports into modern reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with Data Architects to ensure alignment with data architecture, security, governance, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data dependencies.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs, data models, and transformation logic.
• Design and optimize data pipelines, datasets, and reporting structures.
• Document data lineage, transformation rules, and report dependencies.
