Job summary

Topstep LLC is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to own features from design to production on cloud-native AWS infrastructure. You will design, implement, test, deploy, and operate scalable systems with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance. Expect collaboration with Product and Design, architecture guidance, and a culture that values robust coding standards and proactive incident handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade systems experience.
• Strong full stack foundation in TS/Node.js and React/Next.js.
• Experience with distributed systems and performance/security focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate full stack features end to end from design through production.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape scope and surface trade-offs.
• Create technical designs and guide architecture alongside senior engineers.
• Build testing, observability, and ownership into delivery.
