Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Web Applications Software Engineer with deep experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. You will own meaningful product and technical initiatives end to end, from the landing page through the loan application funnel, impacting conversion and revenue.

The role is frontend-forward within a modern stack including Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Docker and AWS. You will ship clean, tested code, perform peer reviews, and mentor other engineers while measuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in web apps.
• Hands-on with Node.js, React and TypeScript across front- and back-end.
• Experience owning features end-to-end and shipping production code.
• Comfort with modern tooling and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful product and technical initiatives from idea to impact.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to prioritize tradeoffs.
• Ship clean, tested, and well-documented code with peer review.
• Mentor other engineers and drive front-end quality and reliability.
