Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking an Engineer 2, Software to join the IT team. The role focuses on developer productivity, tool strategy, and enabling automated delivery across our U.S. and Canadian operations. Hybrid work is available, with in-person needs at Lakeside or Clayton HQ in St. Louis.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in DevOps or build tooling, experience with CI/CD, Gradle, and Java build processes, plus familiarity with GitHub, SonarQube, and related tooling.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reside in St. Louis, MO or nearby.
• 3+ years in DevOps, build engineering, or related tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Gradle.
• Experience with Java build processes and configurations.
• Experience with GitHub, SonarQube, Artifactory, Jira & Confluence administration.
• Experience managing dependencies for Gradle, Node.js/NPM, Python, and/or NuGet.
• Must commit to incorporating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support development productivity tools and platforms that streamline software delivery.
• Develop custom integrations, plug-ins, and automations; manage third-party libraries and dependencies.
• Support tool evaluation, configuration, and optimization; establish standards and best practices across the SDLC.
