Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a part of Enterprise Mobility, seeks an Engineer 2, Software for the IT Developer Productivity & Tools team in St. Louis.

The role focuses on building and maintaining tools that improve developer experience, enable automation, and streamline software delivery across the organization. You will design integrations, manage dependencies, and promote secure, efficient DevOps practices, collaborating with engineering, security, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or surrounding area
• 3+ years in DevOps, developer productivity, build engineering, or software tooling support
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tooling and applications
• Experience with Gradle build scripts
• Experience with Java application build processes and configurations
• Experience with GitHub, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Jira and Confluence Administration
• Experience managing dependencies for Gradle, Node.js/NPM, Python, or NuGet
• Must incorporate security into daily responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support development productivity tools and platforms
• Develop custom integrations, plug-ins, and automations
• Manage third-party libraries and dependencies
• Support tool evaluation, configuration, and optimization
• Establish standards, best practices, and processes for security and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations, night/weekend maintenance
• Collaborate across engineering, security, compliance, and business teams
