Job summary

MoonPay is building a developer platform enabling partners to create native payment and crypto experiences inside their products. You’ll own the developer-facing layer across browsers, mobile apps and backend APIs, building APIs, SDKs and components for third-party developers.

You will work hands-on to turn MoonPay’s capabilities into reusable platform modules, with secure integration patterns and comprehensive documentation to reduce support needs.

Qualifications

• External developer products you have built APIs, SDKs, or integration tooling used by third-party developers.
• Browser or mobile depth including sessions, storage, cross-origin communication and embedded experiences.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals with production client-side or SDK infrastructure.
• API and SDK design including versioning, backwards compatibility, docs and migrations.
• Distributed systems design to handle duplicate, out-of-order events and failures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build APIs, SDKs and embedded components used by external developers.
• Turn authentication, identity, payment and purchasing into reusable platform modules.
• Develop secure browser and mobile integration patterns across iframes, web views and native apps.
• Create stable abstractions over payments, compliance and crypto infrastructure.
• Build reference apps, sandboxes and tooling to speed production adoption.
