MoonPay is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. You’ll own end-to-end hiring, from kickoff through assessment, offer and close, partnering closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like and craft effective recruiting strategies.

Bring data and market insight into hiring conversations and apply AI across sourcing, screening, research and reporting.

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech organisations.
• Deep technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security, with strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills.
• Data-driven, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident influencing hiring managers.
