Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Customer Insights team. You will help build the visibility layer of Together’s Cloud, enabling users to understand activity, trace events, and respond with confidence.

You’ll shape architecture, own substantial parts of the system end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable data platforms and real-time capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production distributed systems or customer-facing backend platforms.
• Experience designing and scaling data pipelines for high-volume ingestion and real-time querying.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, TypeScript or C++.
• Excellent communication skills, able to write clear design docs for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Strong data modeling instincts with experience working with relational and/or non-relational data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship core features of Together's Customer Insights platform.
• Drive the technical design for new capabilities, including architecture proposals and design docs.
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Observability teams to leverage core data stack.
• Own significant areas of the system end-to-end from design to reliability.
• Write and maintain critical backend code used across teams and customer-facing surfaces.
