• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across teams.
• Cloud-native design, deployment, and operation experience.

• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with mission-critical production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale software applications and services.
• Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams.
• Ensure software quality, security, performance, and reliability.
• Influence architecture and design discussions with technical leadership.
• Drive modern software practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, observability, cloud-native architectures.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Quality Engineering, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership through code/design reviews and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify risks and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.
• Provide realistic estimates and meet delivery commitments.
• Contribute to platform modernization, cloud migration, and reliability initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
