• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Proven design, development, deployment of cloud-native applications.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Influence on technical decisions without direct managerial authority.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems and customer-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale software applications and services.
• Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams.
• Ensure high quality, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Drive modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, observability, cloud-native architectures.
• Mentor engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and provide code/design reviews.
