Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Cloud Partner Integrations. The role focuses on end-to-end integration, owning architecture and production reliability for partner ecosystems in a remote United States context.

You’ll partner with multiple internal teams, shape platform direction, and communicate clearly through docs and RFCs while delivering robust, scalable backend integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software, with focus on data-heavy or integration systems.
• Solid backend and systems instincts for deployment topology, multi-tenancy, data movement.
• Experience with modern auth protocols and identity federation.
• Experience building on third-party platforms with incomplete docs or breaking changes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shipping before specs are finished.
• Good collaboration with other engineers and teams.
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
• Strong written communication in design docs, PRs and RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration: design, code, and production system.
• Be on-call for your work, owning infra, CI, deployment, and observability.
• Work on platforms you don’t own and manage risks across trust boundaries.
• Partner with internal teams to define interfaces and unblock progress.
