Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Software Integrations team in Houston, TX. You will design, build, and operate cloud-native, event-driven integration services that connect ERP, TMS, WMS, and financial systems.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture, and drive quality across the team, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Strong .NET and F# skills are expected; remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production software systems design and delivery.
• Deep .NET expertise with C# or F#; willing to grow in F#.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging).
• Cloud-native apps with CI/CD, testing, containers, observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and integrations.
• Build APIs, event services, and distributed systems across platforms.
• Lead design reviews and guide system architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to shared engineering standards.
• Develop in AWS with Terraform; implement CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
