Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer in Charlotte, NC to build and support enterprise integrations, APIs, and data workflows powering supply chain ops.

You will work with Python, Azure Functions, REST APIs, SQL, Databricks, Spark, and event-driven systems to deliver scalable solutions. This role is remote-friendly with Eastern Time hours preferred and offers a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience; 7+ preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining production integrations.
• Strong API development and integration experience.
• Data mapping, transformation, and validation experience.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join a growing logistics technology company based in Charlotte, NC (remote-friendly with Eastern Time hours preferred). This is a full-time opportunity focused on building and supporting enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud applications, and data workflows that power critical supply chain operations. You’ll work with technologies such as Python, Azure Functions, REST APIs, SQL, Databricks, Spark, and event-driven systems to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience (7+ preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining production integrations
• Strong API development and integration experience
• Data mapping, transformation, and validation experience
• Experience developing cloud-based applications or services
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience working with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
• Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
