Job summary

ELM Utility Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to lead the design and development of complex applications and cloud solutions on Azure. You will own projects end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and help set architecture standards across platforms.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable, secure systems for utility operations and regulatory workflows, with collaboration across Product, QA, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
• Strong OO programming with C#/.NET and API design skills.
• Experience building scalable cloud solutions on Azure.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL Server preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex applications and integrations.
• Build scalable, high-performance Azure cloud solutions and APIs.
• Guided SDLC from refinement to production with quality reviews.
