Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the Seattle area is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain scalable software for aerospace applications. You will deploy services on AWS, implement APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure high availability.

Experience in Python and TypeScript is required, with a strong background in React and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience with Python and TypeScript.
Experience with React frontend framework.
Experience with AWS cloud services and IaC.
Experience developing, deploying, and integrating APIs within a microservices architecture.
Experience maintaining DevOps cultures and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
