Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role blends technology and business development, building trusted advisor relationships with customer C‑suite teams and guiding ROI discussions across marquee accounts.

The Sr. Solution Consultant collaborates with product teams, educates markets, and positions the platform as the preferred choice for contact centers while expanding opportunities through partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Leadership experience coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs).
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes/warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Travel ~30–50%.
• Background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME selling CX automation to C‑suite executives.
• Nurture executive relationships through ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Develop knowledge and evangelize Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the customer’s platform of choice.
• Present data hub capabilities to IT and Data Science teams.
• Provide industry insights to differentiate the platform.
• Build thought leadership and engage through speaking and networking.
• Deliver content across channels to explain platform value.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner/customer engagement strategies.
• Identify white spaces and close opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
