Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or related roles.
- Experience with SQL and MongoDB databases.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and container tech.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues and communicate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Client Success team and end clients.
- Act as a technical expert and drive cross-team problem solving.
- Debug and troubleshoot high-performance RESTful web services.
- Troubleshoot web and mobile applications.
- Lead triage activities, incident reports, and cross-team response.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to improve reliability.
- Coordinate with India-based support for coverage.
- Contribute to design and code reviews and hands-on troubleshooting.
