Qualifications

• Three+ years in DevOps, cloud infra, or IT operations.
• Hands-on AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53.
• Terraform or Terragrunt and CI/CD tooling experience.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and networking familiarity.
• Bash or Python scripting experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Intune management for Windows/macOS devices.
• Remote technical support and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Support containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate ops tasks with Bash or Python.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licenses.
• Manage identities with Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Manage Windows/macOS devices via Intune, enrollment, policies, updates, remote actions.
• Support Apple Business Manager and automated Mac enrollment.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, devices, accounts, and app access.
• Provide remote hardware/software/networking/s VPN support.
• Maintain asset records, docs, security standards, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, ops, and vendors.
