Job summary

DarioHealth in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The role blends cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will build CI/CD pipelines with Terraform/Terragrunt, automate tasks with Bash or Python, manage devices via Intune, and collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to keep systems secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53).
• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and networking.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience managing Windows devices with Intune.
• Experience providing remote technical support and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Support containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate tasks with Bash or Python.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including MFA/CA.
• Manage Intune for Windows/macOS devices and enrollment/compliance.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and app access for employees.
• Provide remote IT support for hardware, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain security standards and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and vendors.
