Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance our Banking-as-a-Service platform in California. You will design APIs and microservices for partner onboarding, work with cross-functional teams, and drive secure, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 5+ years in software development with leadership experience, strong C#, .NET, SQL skills, and hands-on Azure cloud experience (APIM, Cosmos DB, Key Vault).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Secure, standards-compliant code across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, SQL and cloud platforms (Azure native services).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2 and OpenAPI specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Support CI/CD, testing, observability, and code reviews to drive engineering excellence.
• Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to monitoring and alerting systems.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Draft architecture and design docs to aid decision-making.
• Evaluate new technologies for feasibility and adoption paths.
• Refactor and extend codebase to fix defects and add features.
