Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the BaaS team, focusing on onboarding partner ecosystems and enhancing the BaaS platform. You will design scalable APIs and services, collaborate across teams, and drive reliability through CI/CD and observability.

You will mentor teammates, review code, and help define technical directions while aligning with security and regulatory requirements in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, with leadership/mentoring experience.
• Proven track record building secure, scalable software across platforms.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and OpenAPI specifications.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Support engineering excellence with code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and observability best practices.
• Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to monitoring/alerting systems.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
