Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in the DoW.
• Bachelor's in a related field with 12+ years of experience, 5+ years in the DoW.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category, 8+ years in the DoW.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze documentation for planning, requirements, design, coding, support, and test.
• Handle source code, configuration files and engineering resolution support.
• Evaluate feasibility by analyzing requirements and proposed solutions.
• Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to demonstrate solutions.
• Design system specifications and programming standards; install solutions.
• Improve operations through systems and process analysis and policy updates.
• Advise on software procurements by researching and comparing vendors.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues.
