About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us.

Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Enhance and maintain the integrity of the E920 API and Governance Application for the HRC – EMOD/ID/FCB-E920.
  2. Assist the API Lead Developer in leading an agile team that defines standards for API catalog documentation, development, and lifecycle support.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding data issues in their queries.
  4. Evaluate existing API catalog documentation against standards and develop a plan to update it.
  5. Design, develop, maintain, and support various APIs supporting automated functionality domains as needed.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve CI/CD processes and help fine-tune API support processes.
  7. Coordinate, plan, and manage complex technical solutions.
  8. Provide in-depth system analysis of multi-platform relational databases and systems.
  9. Ensure API performance, scalability, and reliability through testing and optimization.
  10. Implement and maintain API security measures to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
  11. Develop and maintain Governance web application features to control API access and permissions.
  12. Ensure Governance application functionality and security through creation and maintenance of unit tests.
  13. Create and maintain clear and concise API documentation for developers and consumers.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve complex API issues and integrations.
  15. Work closely with architects, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: BS and 5+ years of experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Security+

Clearance Requirements: Successful completion of a government Secret Clearance

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Requirements: No physical requirement needed for this position.
