Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced technologist to lead a medium to large product team, delivering scalable software and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll coach a team, own design and delivery, and shape best practices for modern development with a focus on quality and speed.

You’ll work across Development, Engineering and Architecture to implement robust systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards. Hybrid model in the US is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and 10+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong programming capabilities in one or more of C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with data modeling, OLTP/OLAP, NoSQL, and AI/ML tooling.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and code/configuration management automation.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and escalated development tasks including coding, debugging, and testing.
• Provide technical leadership to maximize reliability, efficiency and value of solutions.
• Collaborate across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Lead the work group with defined standards and responsibilities to deliver projects.
• Drive process consistency and implement technology standards.
