Job summary

B-Stock is the world’s largest B2B re-commerce platform, connecting retailers with buyers of returned and overstock inventory. You will own a marketplace domain end-to-end, framing ambiguous problems and shipping measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes AI-native tooling, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration across engineering, design, data, and operations. San Francisco-based, with rapid experimentation and clear rationale.

Qualifications

• Track record of rapidly mastering unfamiliar domains.
• Strong data analysis, KPI definition, and experimentation.
• Ability to reason about architecture and collaborate with engineers.
• AI-native approach to research, prototyping, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own a domain of the marketplace end-to-end, from framing problems to shipped outcomes.
• Frame problems, isolate signals, and specify high-leverage paths.
• Write PRDs and acceptance criteria that engineers can read in one pass.
• Own the KPI, ship, and iterate until the metric moves.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, operations, and account teams.
• Communicate outcomes with clear tradeoffs and rationale.
