Responsibilities

• Engage with Product, Program Managers, Senior Managers, and engineering teams across Ads to understand builder needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive technical strategy and decision making.
• Design, build, launch, and operate large-scale AI-native developer products and agentic workflows that improve builder productivity and accelerate software delivery across Ads.
• Apply your technical expertise to solve complex software problems in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on making multi-team feature delivery faster, safer, and easier for Ads builders.
• Build mechanisms that measure and improve developer experience and delivery outcomes, including adoption, time-to-production, code-review velocity, deployment frequency, quality, and operational health.
• Partner with security, platform, and partner engineering teams to ensure AI-native systems are reliable, scalable, observable, and designed with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls for critical decisions.
• Provide guidance to and mentor other SDEs in the team. Ensure testability, maintainability and low operational footprint for the team.
• Participate in operational responsibilities with your team and ensure clear and accurate business metrics and operational metrics.
