Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of major deliverables end-to-end across the entire technology stack—from frontend to API layer, database, infrastructure, and agent architecture.
• Build scalable, well‑designed software services that remove engineering complexity while preserving partner teams’ autonomy to innovate.
• Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle for coding, debugging, and problem solving, embracing AI-assisted development practices to increase productivity.
