As a remote-first team across the US, you will shape the technical strategy, mentor peers, and ship software that directly improves patient care and clinician efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex systems from scratch and describing key decisions.
• Ability to own architectural decisions with minimal guidance.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving startup environments.
• Daily use of AI tools and practical AI feature integration.

Responsibilities
