Job summary

RTA's Fleet360 team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack Mastermind) for a remote US-based role. You will own features end-to-end, spanning browser, API, and database layers, while shaping architectural decisions and driving AI-first development.

You will work across the stack to deliver production-grade software, mentor teammates, and push for high-quality, scalable solutions leveraging AI tooling and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering with production ownership.
• Full stack capability across browser, API, database, and integrations.
• Production-grade Node.js and TypeScript APIs.
• Deep relational database design, SQL optimization, and data integrity.
• AI-assisted development with sound judgment; evaluate AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from idea to production across frontend, API, and backend.
• Build great user experiences with reliable, maintainable frontend code.
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Work AI-first to enhance daily development workflows and productivity.
• Improve the team's software practices and AI-enabled tooling.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, Support, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
