Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in backend systems and APIs.

• Familiarity with AWS and observability tooling like Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of systems and product areas as technical expert.
• Independently design and execute solutions across distributed systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams.

Skills

6+ years of experience building large-scale backend systems and APIs

Proficient in AI coding tools, e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot

Experience with Python, Go, React, TypeScript

Strong command of relational and NoSQL databases

Ability to context switch across workstreams
