Collaboration across stakeholders is essential. The role emphasizes cloud integrations, complex data flows, and ongoing improvements to usability and performance of enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
• Experience with web-based applications using modern tools and methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases, design, and SQL.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
• Experience applying secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application development, architecture, and AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, APIs, integrations, and full-stack development.
• Design and implement integrations among USM systems, cloud services, and external platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and data-driven tools to improve processes and decision-making.
• Ensure security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance in all applications.
• Coordinate testing, code reviews, and vulnerability remediation.
