Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Five years of progressive enterprise software development experience.
• Experience building web-based applications using modern tools and methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of secure development practices throughout SDLC.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions.
• Leads architecture, data flows, APIs, and full-stack development across USM systems.
• Oversees integrations with cloud services, external platforms, and institutional data sources.
• Ensures security, accessibility, privacy, and governance within applications.
• Provides technical guidance and support to stakeholders and teams.
• Identifies opportunities for modernization, performance, and reliability improvements.
