Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the App Test team. You will design, build, and scale tools that power the test automation lifecycle across mobile, desktop, console, and VR.

You will work on AI-native testing experiences, automate quality checks, and drive end-to-end projects from planning to deployment, partnering with multiple engineering teams to improve release confidence and software quality.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Go, or another modern language.
• Ability to own projects and collaborate across teams to deliver tools for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale test automation infrastructure across Roblox platforms.
• Advance AI-native test lifecycle to improve authoring, selection, and maintenance of tests.
• Develop test orchestration and intelligence to speed feedback to engineers.
• Enable intelligent test selection balancing coverage, time, and cost.
• Integrate automated quality checks into CI/CD workflows to catch issues earlier.
• Drive technical initiatives from design to production deployment and improvement.
