• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote new technologies.
• Contributes to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
