Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools and setting team expectations for AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business and teams.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability across SDLC.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted capabilities to improve automation at scale.
• Influences product design, functionality, and technical operations decisions.
• Acts as a subject matter expert across one or more focus areas.
• Contributes to engineering community and promotes firmwide frameworks and practices.
