Qualifications

• 5+ years leading, designing and building software solutions.
• Strong Java, Spring Core/Boot, REST, JPA, microservices expertise.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and UI testing frameworks.
• Expert in AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for full‑stack delivery.
• Experience with Spec‑Driven Development and API/UI test case translation.
• Solid knowledge of secure coding, SDLC, and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with logs/metrics tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure high-quality production code and review peers’ work.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and speed.
• Drive automated testing strategies and secure code reviews across the team.
• Collaborate across teams to design scalable architectural solutions.
• Lead vendor/partner evaluation for architectural fit and security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Fortify.
• Mentor teams on responsible AI usage and data handling.
