You will lead secure production code, code reviews, and AI-assisted engineering adoption while ensuring robust design, performance, and security standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong object-oriented design patterns understanding and clean code practices.
• Strong coding skills in Java and Spring with solid fundamentals.
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools with code review and testing.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.
• Hands-on experience across design, development, testing and production support.
• Experience with XGBoost? (XZBoost) and model hosting.
• Experience with low-latency/high-throughput systems.
