Job summary

Aperia Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on technical leader to guide the risk platform, AI-powered ingestion, and compliance products. You’ll write production C#/.NET services, develop React frontends, and mentor a small, senior engineering team responsible for delivering multiple streams of work.

You will report to the SVP of Research & Development and set engineering standards across teams while collaborating with architects to translate designs into shipped software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead or equivalent.
• Expert-level C#/.NET — ASP.NET Core, REST API design, microservices patterns.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills with production React experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation across multiple concurrent projects — translate architecture from our architects into technical plans, code-level designs, and shipped software.
• Design and ship production C#/.NET services and REST APIs serving high-volume payment data under PCI DSS constraints.
• Build and evolve client-facing web applications in React and TypeScript, from component architecture through API integration.
• Contribute hands-on to LangGraph-based agentic application — agent orchestration, tool integration, and testing/evals/observability.
• Own engineering standards across teams: code review culture, automated testing discipline, and CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps.
• Deploy and operate services on AKS across Azure and dual on-prem datacenters; collaborate with DevOps on infra and releases.
• Mentor engineers on the team through code review, pairing, and design collaboration.
• Champion AI-assisted development — define and enforce team standards for tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
