Job summary

Aperia Solutions, a Dallas-based payments SaaS company, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to own and drive delivery across risk, ingestion, and client-facing apps. You’ll ship production C#/.NET services, React frontends, and LangGraph-based tooling while guiding architecture through technical leadership.

You will work closely with architects and the SVP of R&D in a hybrid setup, mentoring engineers and defining coding standards across teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a tech lead role.
Expert-level C#/.NET with ASP.NET Core and REST API design.
Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
Strong relational DB design and SQL fluency.
Experience with distributed systems and API design.

Responsibilities

Translate architecture into technical plans, designs and shipped software.
Build production C#/.NET services and REST APIs for high-volume data under security constraints.
Develop React frontends and TypeScript components across apps.
Contribute to LangGraph-based agentic application and tooling integration.
Maintain engineering standards: code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps for deployment on AKS and on-prem.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions.
Champion AI-assisted development practices and tooling adoption.
