Job summary

Aperia is seeking an experienced AI/LLM Software Engineer to design, build, and integrate intelligent capabilities into our SaaS platforms for payments and compliance. You will collaborate with software engineers, architects, stakeholders, and product teams to identify opportunities where AI enhances productivity, automation, data intelligence, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on exposure to Generative AI/LLM technologies.
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.
• Understanding of tokens, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/LLM-powered features into enterprise apps.
• Evaluate and integrate AI platforms and APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, etc.).
• Develop RESTful APIs to connect AI capabilities with existing systems.
• Build proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI solutions with attention to quality and security.
• Mentor teammates on AI/LLM technologies and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and DevSecOps standards.
