You will guide design, review code, and own delivery across Java, React, and Python pipelines while embracing AI-assisted development tools to raise quality and velocity. The role blends hands-on coding with architectural influence in a healthcare data domain.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience on cross-functional teams.
• Proven full-stack delivery in Java and a modern JavaScript framework, plus Python data-processing pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the squad's technical anchor, owning design direction and safeguarding quality, security, and performance across applications, services, and data pipelines.
• Design/Build and maintain Java Spring Boot apps, React UI apps and Python-based data-processing pipelines for reliable data delivery.
• Lead code reviews and uphold coding best practices; complete complex feature development and bug fixes.
• Drive backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint/release readiness in an Agile environment.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for cross-team dependencies, integrations, and risk resolution.
• Champion AI-accelerated SDLC practices and mentor peers on using AI tooling effectively.
