You’ll join a collaborative Healthcare engineering squad at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, building and modernizing the platforms behind provider data management and identity solutions for payers and providers. Our cross‑functional agile teams – engineers, QA, product, and analysts – value strong technical ownership, accountability, and shared delivery. We embrace an AI‑accelerated SDLC and modern Copilot‑based workflows, so you’ll have real influence on architecture, quality, and outcomes from day one.
This position performs complex research, design, and software development within our provider data management product line, and is expected to serve as the technical anchor for a cross‑functional engineering squad. While this is an individual‑contributor role, the successful candidate will operate with a high degree of technical ownership and influence—setting design direction, guiding the team through delivery, and acting as the primary technical point of contact across product, QA, and partner squads.
You will balance hands‑on engineering across a suite of full‑stack Java/React applications with strong technical ownership: reviewing code, driving estimates and release readiness, resolving complex issues, and mentoring peers. You will also build and support Python‑based data‑processing and delivery pipelines that generate and transmit data to downstream clients, and work within our AI‑accelerated software development lifecycle using approved AI coding assistants to raise quality and velocity. Over time, this role will help extend our platform toward a consolidated, next‑generation healthcare data platform.
