Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience on cross-functional teams.
• Proven full-stack delivery with Java and a modern JavaScript framework plus Python for data-processing or data-delivery pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the squad's technical anchor, owning design direction and safeguarding quality across applications, services, and data pipelines.
• Design/Build and maintain Java Spring Boot apps, React UI apps and Python-based data-processing pipelines for reliable data delivery.
• Lead code reviews and uphold coding best practices; complete complex feature development and bug fixes.
• Drive backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint/release readiness in an Agile environment.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for cross-team dependencies and risk resolution.
• Champion AI-accelerated SDLC practices and mentor peers on effective use of AI tooling.
