Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of software engineering with cross-functional ownership.
- Full-stack delivery in Java and modern JavaScript; Python data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own design direction and ensure quality, security, and performance.
- Design/Build Java Spring Boot apps, React UIs, and Python pipelines.
- Lead code reviews and drive feature delivery.
- Refine backlog and drive sprint readiness in Agile.
- Liaise across teams for integrations and risk resolution.
- Mentor peers on AI tooling and SDLC practices.
