Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Significant experience leading technical engineering teams.
Strong cloud data engineering experience.
Experience integrating enterprise source systems.
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Experience building scalable reporting solutions.
Experience with dimensional modelling.
Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high‑performing team of analytics engineers, data engineers and AI developers.
Drive AI integration and agentic analytics capabilities across the platform.
Oversee enterprise data integrations across ERP/CRM/contract systems.
Deliver scalable, trusted enterprise reporting for Finance and executives.
Champion modern cloud data architectures, data governance and observability.
