Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, powering the care journey with ambient AI, intelligent agents, and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team, in collaboration with Athelas, drives Insights to help practices manage operations and maximize revenue.

As a Software Engineer, you will scale our website infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience for thousands of practices nationwide,

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable full-stack applications with React/Python.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and optimizing DB performance.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with focus on observability.
• Excellent communication to present technical concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build features for the practice management platform, Insights, ensuring it scales to thousands of practices and millions of users
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Improve system reliability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices
• Optimize performance and scalability of web applications during rapid growth
• Collaborate with infra and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience
• Own high-impact projects with speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack
• Work with product and design teams to build intuitive, healthcare-focused experiences
