Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies.
• Strong system-design, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, automated testing, source control, code review, and CI/CD.
• Experience with modern cloud environments; Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly and apply AI-assisted development tools judiciously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, initiative, and ownership.
• Experience with .NET/C#, HL7/FHIR, EHR integrations or HIPAA-regulated environments is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production software across the application stack.
• Develop new capabilities while supporting and modernizing AbaxOne.
• Build deep knowledge of AbaxOne architecture and dependencies during transition to the U.S.-based team.
• Help establish durable internal technical ownership and continuity for AbaxOne.
• Spend time understanding business problems, exploring solutions, and applying engineering judgment.
